Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of appointments booked outside of regular hours, booking fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule these appointments for no fee if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. For appointments booked during regular business hours, we ask that you notify the store at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
